ORDINANCE NUMBER 1.03
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BRIGHAM
TO ESTABLISH A FEE FOR REAL ESTATE INQUIRIES

SECTION A PURPOSE

The Town of Brigham Town Board does hereby establish a fee for the written response to any and all inquiries related to real estate and property tax information that is received by the Town of Brigham. The amount of this fee is found in Town of Brigham Ordinance 1.01, Section C-4(b) as amended from time to time.
